Responsibilities:
● Managing the day-to-day operations of an e-commerce business, including customer service, resource allocation, budgeting, performance tracking, marketing efforts, and financial planning.
● Establish and simplify operating procedures & guidelines.
● Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision, mission, and goals.
● Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities.
● Work closely with management to identify operational inefficiencies and develop strategies to address them.
● Ensure that all projects and initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
● Ensure operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures so as to maintain brand image.
● Lead and is in charge of different projects according to business plans and strategies.
● Communicates company set KPI's and identifies strategies and changes to ensure performance standards are met.
工作要求
Requirements:
● Tertiary education with a minimum of 10 years experience in the F&B industry, of which 5 years of experience in operation management, with a proven track record of process improvement and system implementation.
● Experience in e-commerce or F & B operations is an advantage.
● Strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental standards, with experience in ensuring compliance in a manufacturing setting.
● Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve operational excellence.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, suppliers, and customers.
● Establish and simplify operating procedures and guidelines.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions to complex problems.
● Proficiency with Excel and Word processing.
