工作內容

• Responsible for new product development process such as sourcing of recipes or raw materials, compliance and food safety check, product design evaluation (including manufacturing procedure, packaging design etc)

• Perform product optimization for existing products in order to enhance the product quality

• Responsible for all product development activities and data management including ingredient list and nutritional data, raw materials specifications, manufacturing procedure, finished goods specification, etc.

• Assist in food testing, sample preparation and food label compliance checking

• Liaise with internal and external parties relating to product research and development

• Prepare for costing analysis

• Perform ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required

工作要求

• Passionate in cooking

• Diploma or above in Food Science, Nutrition or related background

• 1 year or above relevant working experience, preferably in food & beverage or catering industry

• Creative, self-motivated and well-organized

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
